Reimbursement Guidelines

Reimbursements: FLH will reimburse neighbor island affiliates for travel expenses according to the following guidelines. Reimbursement is applicable to one representative from each Affiliate. Of course rooms and cars may be shared, making the allotted amount work for your group. A reimbursement packet must be sent following the conference, including the Reimbursement Request Form and all receipts.

Hotel Information (for those attending the FLH Annual Meeting)

Unfortunately we do not have enough rooms to confirm a group rate at any particular hotel. FLH will reimburse your hotel expense for the night of Thursday, February 23rd up to $150.00 including taxes. We will also pay for parking expenses. The FLH main office and the HCDA conference rooms are easily found from Waikiki.

Car Rental Information

Please make your own car rental reservations. FLH will reimburse car rental expenses for Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th. FLH will reimburse attendees for a compact or economy car rental. There will also be a gas credit of $20.00. Any upgrades, extra days, or incidentals will not be covered by FLH.

Flight Information

Please make your flight reservations. FLH will reimburse you for your Coach ticket.
